As Top Producer for the McCarthy Group for the past 4 years, Svetlana Mastrogiannis has successfully combined her background in marketing with her outgoing personality and her desire to work with people.
Svetlana came to the US in 2001 from Russia, where she received her Master’s Degree in International Marketing and Business. An experienced world traveler, Svetlana utilizes her knowledge multiple languages in real estate. “I enjoy working with all different types of people and personalities,” Svetlana says. “Listening and understanding their needs help me find them their ideal home, which is very rewarding.”
Kelley Colino is a Marketing and Buyer Specialist for The McCarthy Group. Kelley's eight years sales experience and Bachelor of Arts Honors degree in English Literature have contributed to her remarkable success as a Realtor over the past four years. Kelley has been awarded the Excellence in Customer Service award for 2006 and the first half of 2007, and most recetnly the Overall Top Producer award for the first half of 2007. A strong focus on attention to her client's individual needs has allowed Kelley to grow her client base and continually exceed her buyers' and sellers' expectations.
Kelley also embraces the value of a team approach in real estate; she explains, "working with a team of Realtors and support staff benefits my buyers and sellers because we are always available and able to offer them a superior level of service."
Jeffrey Miller has become a valuable addition to The McCarthy Group because he brings a knowledge of Public Relations, a familiarlity with General Contracting and construction and an eagerness to work with the public.
As a graduate of SUNY New Paltz with a degree in Communications and Public Relations, a career in real estate fits Jeffrey's background perfectly. "Good communication skills are very important in real estate," says Jeffrey, "both in working with clients and in negotiating with other Realtors."
Jeffrey also brings a knowledge of the Westchester, Dutchess and Putnam Counties in New York and is dually licensed in New York and Connecticut.
Charlie, the newest member to The McCarthy Group, comes to us after ten years of sales and management experience in the family owned company, Rankin Sporting Goods. Charlie hopes to use all the skills and knowledge he has gained over the years in order to provide the best service to his growing real estate clientele. Those who have had the opportunity work with Charlie have benefited from his determination and professionalism.

Diane Butler has helped hundreds of families find their dream home. With nineteen years of experience in the real estate industry, Diane relates, “It is so important to get to know the customers personally," says Diane, "and that's why I'm here. It's all about the people… Seeing their smiling faces as we are leaving the closing table… Knowing I had a part in helping them achieve their dream."
Diane is a current resident of Newtown. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Eric and Olivia, their daughter. They are looking forward to the arrival of their second daughter from China next year.
Lisa Stiles is a recent addition to The McCarthy Group. If her face and voice look and sound familiar, it is probably because she has spent the past 25 years delighting audiences from United States and around the world. Although she is still seen performing with the Jon Bates Band and performing her caberet act for audiences, we know that she will have her real estate clients singing her praises for her dedication and giving 110% to each and every client. “I believe that my background in the entertainment industry brings a fresh creative perspective to my real estate career,” says Lisa. “I love meeting new people and building long term relationships based on commitment and service with a smile.” Her greatest achievements in life are her brilliant and beautiful daughters.
